Konstantina Alexandridou is a PhD candidate at the Department of Primary Education of the Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in Disability Studies and Educational Policy.

She holds a degree in Primary Education and Master’s degrees in Special Education, Educational Robotics, and Social Neuroscience, Social Pedagogy and Education. She works as an inclusion educator, providing psychosocial and learning interventions for neurodivergent individuals and people with learning difficulties.

At the same time, she is an adaptive CrossFit athlete with international distinctions and achievements in competitions abroad. She actively promotes inclusive participation in physical activity for everyone, without exclusion, through her coaching role in Greece’s first CrossFit team for athletes with disabilities and through her collaborations with competition-organizing bodies.
