Thalia is a graduate of the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy & Psychology of EKPA with training in Special Education and Vocational Rehabilitation and Social Integration of Persons with Disabilities. She trains wheelchair users, a guide for the visually impaired, and she is being trained to become a Greek Sign Language interpreter. She is the co-founder of Career Sign, which specializes in vocational guidance and career for disabled people, as well as the greek NGO LGBT PwD. For many years she was the accessibility consultant of the Athens Pride Festival, in which she is now the Communication Manager.

Her experience focuses on independent living and support for disabled people. She works as the Head of Inclusion Programs of Me Alla Matia NPO as well as an Accessibility Consultant.
