
On the occasion of the annual event of Topigs Norsvin Hellas, we implemented our educational program, “Breaking Barriers Through Laughter”, designed to promote a more inclusive workplace environment.

Rooted in the transformative power of laughter and experiential learning, the program aims to cultivate a genuinely inclusive mindset among employees, both at the individual and organizational level. Through structured experiential activities, practical examples, and active participation, employees were afforded the opportunity to explore innovative approaches to understanding issues of equal participation and meaningful inclusion of disabled people.
