Serving the principle of Design4All in everyday corporate life
Me Alla Matia NPO designs inclusion strategies and provides accessibility consultancy services to organisations that are committed to modernising their practices and contributing to a more equitable workplace and society.
With flexibility and tailored solutions at the heart of our approach, our Accessibility Consultants support organisations in addressing matters relating to disabled and other marginalised groups. We provide expert guidance, training and ongoing consultation to help embed accessibility and inclusion into everyday operations.
All consultancy projects are delivered in collaboration with a Focus Group of disabled people and accessibility experts, ensuring that recommendations are informed by lived experience and deliver meaningful outcomes for the people who will ultimately use the services.
Accessibility in Numbers
Promoting accessibility and embracing human diversity creates measurable social and business value.
- Diverse and inclusive organisations are 70% more likely to capture new markets.
- 83% of employees aged 29–44 report higher motivation and engagement when working in a more inclusive environment.
- More than three in four job seekers consider workplace diversity and inclusion when deciding whether to accept a job offer.
Creating genuine inclusion requires more than isolated initiatives. It calls for a structured, holistic approach based on the principles of Universal Design (Design for All)—designing products, services and environments to be accessible and usable by as many people as possible from the outset.
