Aware of the more significant than ever need for digital accessibility and with many years of experience in this area, NPO Me Alla Matia creates accessible videos to promote your work and services for the equal advertising attraction of the disabled consumer public.

But what does accessible video mean?

It means that the information provided audiovisually can be perceived even by people with visual or hearing impairment, thanks to specific technical additions. For example, for people who are deaf or hard of hearing, this includes the provision of specialized subtitling and may be accompanied by an interpretation in Greek Sign Language (GSL). For people who are blind or visually impaired, audio description integration is required, while specialized narration (voice-over) serves most people regardless of impairment, making videos easier to understand. Beyond the additions of specific features, creating an accessible video involves taking care from the early stages of the process: directing and shooting footage considering the smooth integration of GSL into the final video.

All of this production, which may perhaps appear to be a complex process, is made simple by our team in collaboration with our focus group of disabled people, as well as specialised professionals in the field.

Technical Information

  • The production is supported by modern technical equipment that is fully adapted to the requirements and budget of each project, from flexible shoots to high-end external productions with cinematic specifications.
  • We use high-resolution cinema cameras, combined with specialised cinema lenses and advanced 3-axis gimbal stabilizers.
  • Lighting is provided by cinema fixtures with a high colour rendering index (High CRI), ensuring natural skin tones, absolute colour accuracy and an atmospheric aesthetic result. Coverage is complemented by aerial shots (drones) and specialised action cameras.
  • Audio is captured using professional wireless setups and directional shotgun microphones, ensuring absolute clarity, definition, and high fidelity.
  • Post-production, including video editing and color grading, is executed in a professional DaVinci Resolve suite, guaranteeing the highest technical and aesthetic standards in the industry.

    ➤ Resolution & Quality: Capability for ultra-high-resolution cinematic recording (up to 12K RAW / 4K 50/60fps) combined with cinema prime lenses, ensuring maximum clarity, flexibility in post-production and outstanding aesthetics.
    ➤ Delivery Formats:

    • Horizontal 16:9 (Landscape) video in 4K UHD or Full HD resolution for websites, television broadcasting and YouTube.
    • Vertical 9:16 (Portrait) videos specifically formatted for Social Media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Stories).
    • Creation of short Trailers / Teasers for promotional activities.
  2. Music & Copyright (Music Licensing)
    ➤     Background Music: Selection and adaptation of suitable background music (background music) that matches the style of the production.
    ➤ Rights Management (Licensing): Securing the necessary legal licences for use (Commercial Royalty-Free Licences) for safe publication, depending on the medium and scope of exposure:

    • Digital / Web / Social Media: Licence coverage for use on websites, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
    • Television & Radio Broadcasting: For use in television or radio adverts, a special licence (Broadcast Licence) is required, which is adapted and costed separately, depending on the duration of the campaign, geographical coverage (national/international) and media channels.
