Test your products, services and processes with the end users.
Me Alla Matia creates and coordinates focus groups of disabled people with different impairments and professional backgrounds, who take part in testing products, services, physical spaces and corporate processes. The programme is based on the principle of “Nothing About Us Without Us” and turns the lived experience of disabled people into a tool for evaluation, improvement and co-creation. The aim is to identify corrections, improvements and/or alternative solutions that make spaces, services and products accessible.

From Focus Group to Real-World Experience
Depending on the company’s needs, we create a tailored group of people with different impairments and backgrounds. Members can participate in:- User Testing: They test a product, service or prototype and document their real-world user experience.
- Mystery Customer Testing: Participating disabled people act as real customers and evaluate the experience without revealing their participation to the company or the staff serving them.
- Accessibility Journey Testing: We follow the entire customer journey, from the first point of contact through to the completion of the service, identifying where barriers arise.
- Accessibility Stress Tests: We test the service in real-world scenarios and examine how it responds when different needs or barriers arise.
- Co-Creation Labs: Disabled people participate from the earliest stages of designing a new project, product or service, before it moves into final development.
- Before & After Testing: We test a product or service before changes are made and repeat the testing after the redesign to assess whether the proposed solutions work in practice.
Methodology
Each collaboration is designed around the company’s objectives and may include:- Briefing: Defining the product, service or process we want to examine.
- Custom Testing Group: Selecting the most appropriate disabled participants based on the project requirements.
- Testing: Real-world testing in a digital or physical environment.
- Feedback & Analysis: Systematically recording experiences, barriers and areas requiring improvement.
- Recommendations: Providing specific and actionable recommendations.
- Retesting: Where required, repeating the testing after changes have been implemented to evaluate the outcome.
