The Inclucity4all application, developed by LAMDA Development, enables disabled persons to navigate the city with greater independence and safety.
📌 Every year, December 3rd invites us to reflect carefully on a reality that is often overlooked: the right of everyone to move and function within the urban environment on equal terms. The International Day of Disabled Persons is not merely a reminder or an occasion for awareness-raising; it is an open call for action, collaboration, and a rethinking of how we perceive the city and the role of every individual within it.
Modern cities are constantly evolving. They invest in new forms of mobility, upgraded infrastructure, and smart solutions that improve everyday life. However, real progress is not measured only in numbers, projects, or technological achievements. It is measured by a city’s ability to embrace the diversity of its people and to ensure that no one is left behind due to a lack of information, access, or appropriate tools.
Within this broader context, technology takes on a new and more meaningful role: it becomes the means that bridges gaps, helps disabled persons move more easily, and delivers information where and when it is needed. This is precisely the purpose served by the new digital initiative of LAMDA Development.
Inclucity4all: When information becomes real power
Inclucity4all, the application developed by LAMDA Development, was created to address a practical need: the difficulties many disabled persons face when trying to plan a daily route, locate a service, or gain a clear understanding of which local infrastructures can safely meet their needs.
📍 The application brings together information on locations and services that are already being mapped in four municipalities of Attica — Elliniko–Argyroupoli, Alimos, Maroussi, and Palaio Faliro — and will soon expand to additional areas. In this way, it creates a single point of access: a digital companion that facilitates everyday planning.
Inclucity4all is not a simple list of locations. It is a structured database that clearly presents services, infrastructure, and accessibility features, allowing users to know exactly what to expect. From public services and cultural venues to commercial locations and essential facilities, this tool offers a clear and practical picture of the urban landscape.

A guide to independence for persons with disabilities
For many people, a daily route may be a simple matter. For disabled persons, however, knowing whether a building has a ramp, whether a service is accessible, or whether a public space meets the requirements for comfortable movement is a prerequisite for independence.
The application offers:
☑️ Centralized information on points of interest of all kinds, at the municipal level.
☑️ Clear visualization of infrastructure, so users know what they can use without surprises or barriers.
☑️ Support for daily navigation, with features that assist in route planning.
☑️ Personalized guidance, as the tool adapts to the individual needs of each user.
In this way, information is transformed into a means of autonomy. The easier and faster it is for someone to identify relevant locations and infrastructure, the more freely they can move around the city.
LAMDA Development: Putting people at the center
The development of Inclucity4all is part of a broader strategy by LAMDA Development aimed at meaningfully strengthening equal participation. This approach goes beyond ideas and takes practical form through initiatives that directly impact everyday life.
Inclucity4all is not the end of the journey, but a strong step forward. It reminds us that change begins with tangible solutions that affect the present and lay the foundations for the future.
When technology places people at its core, it can enhance independence and transform the city into a space of genuine freedom. LAMDA Development invests in this philosophy, actively contributing to the creation of an environment that does not exclude, but includes.
In an era when cities are becoming increasingly complex, the goal is not simply to create “smart” solutions—but to create solutions that have real impact. Solutions that make a difference for people who need clear information and accessibility in order to live their everyday lives without barriers.
