As an honorary recognition of our increasingly established presence in the field of inclusion, members of the “Me Alla Matia” team were invited to share their knowledge and lived experiences in an internationally-themed podcast on creating inclusive workplaces.
Thaleia Kiousi, the Inclusion Program Manager of the NPO, and Christos Meletis, an athlete and motivational speaker, were the central figures in the most recent video podcast by Evgenia Zavela. Evgenia Zavela is an entrepreneur, author, and coach in the field of inclusive leadership, based in Sweden. Lately, she has also been leading her own agency called Spotlight, where, along with a team of experts from around the world, she aims to promote inclusion and diversity in work environments.
Thaleia Kiousi and Christos Meletis discussed with the host of the “Spotlight” podcast ways in which biases can be overcome and diversity embraced, by creating spaces where everyone feels welcome.
