ETAD, within the framework of its ESG strategy, made its website accessible for disabled people, in collaboration with the NPO “Me Alla Matia”

The Hellenic Public Properties Company S.A. (ETAD), a direct subsidiary of the Superfund (National Investment Fund), as part of its sustainability strategy, has transformed its main website www.hppc.gr to be accessible to disabled people.

ETAD is the first of the Group’s subsidiaries to complete the inclusion actions for its website, while it is also planning other initiatives as part of its broader ESG policy.

ETAD’s Website

  • ETAD’s website ensures unobstructed and equal access for all users, with or without impairments, from all types of devices or software, aiming to improve the experience of all online visitors.
  • The content of the website has been designed to be functional, understandable, and technically compatible, particularly with navigation programs (e.g., screen readers for blind people).
  • The distinguishing factor of this initiative lies in the excellent collaboration between ETAD and the NPO “Me Alla Matia”, which evaluated the website using a focus group of end users who were disabled in collaboration with specialized technicians.
  • The website evaluations are regularly repeated to identify and promptly implement any necessary technical corrections.

It is emphasized that this initiative is a result of the training “Inclusive Coomunication” received by ETAD executives. This training was organized by the Superfund and NPO “Me Alla Matia“.
