She was born in Agrinio, studied in Athens, and has been living and working in Korydallos for the last 15 years. She graduated from the Athens Law School with postgraduate studies in Civil Law. From 2006 to 2011, she practiced as a freelance lawyer. From 2012 to 2022, she worked at the Insurance Fund for Employees of Banks and Enterprises of Public Interest insurance fund and then at e-EFKA. She is the mother of one and the Vice President of the Parents and Guardians Association of the 1st Primary School of Korydallos. She is a visually impaired person and an active member of the disability movement. She is married to the performer and musician Kostas Tsimpidas.
