Christos Panoilias
Founder of Action Esti
Christos Panoilias is an individual who seamlessly combines artistic creativity with social engagement. Born and raised in Syros, he studied Business Administration at the University of Piraeus and earned an MBA from Nottingham Trent University, specializing in marketing and the music industry. In addition, he has received training in counseling, life coaching, psychotherapy, and social media, integrating professional expertise with empathy and creativity.
He is the founder of Action Esti, a company specializing in artistic management and event production, and co-founder of the Non-Profit Civil Company Spoudaia Events, which bridges culture with social contribution. Through hundreds of performances, events, and socially conscious initiatives — including Concerts in the Dark and Generation 17 — he has contributed to raising awareness on issues such as inclusion, accessibility, and mental health, collaborating with prominent artists and organizations.
Under his stage name Lagnis, he has been an active member of the hip-hop scene for over two decades, releasing five solo albums and performing in more than 400 live shows across Greece and Europe.
For Christos, music and culture are not merely means of expression — they are powerful tools for communication, empathy, and positive social change.
