He was born in Athens. He works in Maroussi in the company “Ek ton Endon – Space for Counseling & Psychotherapy”.

In 2008, he graduated from the Department of Social Work of the School of Health and Welfare Professions of the University of West Attica in Athens.

He specialized in the Systemic Approach in Psychotherapy for Individuals, Groups, and Families at the Laboratory for the of Study Human Relations (2009-2013). He has participated in the training Seminar on Narrative Psychotherapy Techniques and has completed the Specialization Program in Couple Therapy of the Training and Research Institute for Systemic Psychotherapy “Logo Psyhis”.

In 2009, he participated in the research “Primary Investigation of Memory Disorders of People of Third Age Living in the Community” conducted by the Municipality of Ilion and the Center for Mental Health Piraeus. The same year, he worked as a Social Worker in the Creative Employment Program of the Municipality of N. Smyrni, where he coordinated group educational activities and experiential programs. Then, from 2010 to 2014, he worked in the Municipality of Ilion in the Social Service, where he provided individual counseling to adults, family counseling while he also undertook executions of prosecutorial orders to investigate the living conditions of minors. He offered individual counseling and coordinated groups of volunteers and support groups at the Municipal Center for Preschool Education and Social Solidarity of the Municipality, and specifically at the Centers for Open Protection of the Elderly.

From 2015 to 2018, he worked at the Piraeus Social Center of the SOS Children’s Villages, where in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, he undertook counseling interventions for individuals and families. Since 2017 he is a partner of the company “Ek ton Endon – Space for Counseling & Psychotherapy” and provides counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, families, and couples.

He is a member of the Association of Social Workers of Greece and the Hellenic Society of Systemic Therapy. He is also a Certified Psychotherapist (European Certificate of Psychotherapy – ECP).
