He graduated from the Department of Rural Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, with an MSc in Transportation Engineering.

In 2011, he established his personal technical office of studies-constructions, focusing on design, supervision, and construction services of Surveying Engineering.

His team consists of specialized scientific staff with expertise in topographic and urban planning, building permits (permissions – construction license), and operating licenses of health interest (companies of catering and health services, hazard studies/risk assessments, ISO certifications, etc.).
